XMAS GREETINGS TO YOU FROM USI

The HQ has presented a chaotic scene in the endeavour to place this , issue before you on Xmas morning - we hope we*ve succeeded,.With it goes our warmest wishes for a right merry time to each one of you individually.

Despite what we said in the last Editorial, woTve had to omit "Surveying the Field of Jazz-8" - devoted to BLUES SINGERS etoc etc. as the present survey takes much more space up than anticipated. This has been necessitated partly by the last minuto inclusion of a special leading article of importance to all students, which is worthy of your most whole-hearted support.

Further, we would like to draw the attontion cf members serving in H.1.1 .Forces to a now service, exclusively for them, and announced in Rhythm ^lub Forum.

The HQ will again no doubt present a chaotic scene when at the dawn of a New Year, Officials and "D.O* s" will be entertainod, and a full policy for 1945 will be worked out. in the meantime, why not write your "D.O." any suggestions?

As last Xmas, mind the wallop, and «THE BEST* from...
